Objectives : Off-Line and On-Line simulation of intelligent transport system

Description of work

This action describes the development of graphical software represented an active virtual simulator. The following points will be demonstrated to fulfil the objectives:

Investigate automatic path-finding algorithms taking into account collision avoiding rules and methods;

  • Implement the self-navigating autonomous vehicle movement as a time-domain simulator;

  • Incorporate the InTraDE concept provided by WP4 into the simulator where necessary;

  • Validate the simulator based on prototype trials;

  • Undertake design case studies of terminal layout using the simulator as a demonstration of how to apply the simulator. [...]
